Cancellation Policy

I need to cancel my order. Help?

You can cancel your order anytime! Yes, you heard that right. But as our products are custom-made i.e. they have been specifically ordered and created for you, we reserve the right to refund the amount subject to work done on your order. We also reserve the right to deduct any fees including payment fees charged by our payment gateway (Paypal). For more information please refer to the Refund Policy of Competition Suit  Shop as outlined on this page.

Your order may be cancelled for a refund if upon review (by our team) there is insufficient time for our organization to create a suit and deliver it to you before the date of your competition.

Cancellation process

  1. The customer is required to send us a cancellation notification via email. Please include your order number in the subject of your email. This will make it convenient for all parties to identify your order history and purchase details.
  2. If approved, our team will email the customer regarding the cancellation and amount to be refunded.
  3. The amount to be refunded can only be refunded to the same credit card or Paypal account that the customer has used to make the initial purchase/order.

Communication & Non-Response Policy

To ensure timely delivery and the highest quality of craftsmanship, active communication is required. We at Competition Suit Shop will make every reasonable effort to contact customers via Instagram Direct Message, Email, and Phone to initiate the design and production process.

1. Late Response (4–5 Weeks Prior to Show)

If a client initiates contact or provides necessary details between 4 and 5 weeks prior to their specified show date:

  • We will make every effort to expedite the order; however, timely delivery is not guaranteed.

  • A mandatory Expedited Processing Fee will be applied to the order to account for prioritized production and rushed shipping.

2. Critical Non-Response (Less than 4 Weeks Prior to Show)

If a client fails to respond or provide necessary information with less than 4 weeks remaining until the show date:

  • Production: We will be unable to fulfill the order in time for the scheduled event.

  • Refund Policy: As materials and production slots are reserved in advance, all payments remain non-refundable.

  • Credit Deferment: The order will be placed on "Hold" for a future show date, subject to the expiration terms below.

3. Credit Validity & Expiration

In the event an order is placed on "Hold" due to non-response:

  • One-Year Limit: Store credit is valid for one (1) calendar year from the original show date provided at the time of purchase.

  • Price Protection: Credits are held for the specific dollar amount paid. The client is responsible for any price differences resulting from increases in material costs or labor that may occur between the original date and the new production date.

  • Forfeiture: If the credit is not redeemed within 12 months, the credit will expire, and all funds will be forfeited to cover administrative overhead and reserved inventory.
