Because each suit is uniquely made to your size and specifications, we do not accept returns for refunds. However, we operate under our Fair Refund Policy - which none of our competitors do - and we will refund on the following general condition(s).
- The order has been cancelled before the order has been processed by our production team.
- The ordered product / item is not available.
- There is insufficient time to create and deliver the final product.
- There is no communication from the customer in terms of measurements or any details requested from our side, and the suit cannot be made in time for the show. Refunds in this case may be done as Competition Suit store credit amount.
How to claim a refund?
To claim your refund please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your refund is approved by Competition Suit Shop, we will refund the amount back to the Credit Card or Paypal that is used to make the original purchase.
Fair Refund Policy
We cherish our customers and it is our number one priority to serve with integrity and dedication. As such, we are the only company to offer a Fair Refund Policy. All refunds may be in the form of Store Credit.
General guideline on the refund percentage you can expect in given scenarios.
- 100% Refund - we cannot contact the customer AND the order has not been processed.
- 80% Refund - order is cancelled within 24 Hours.
- 50% Refund - order is cancelled after 24 Hours BUT Order has not reached final stages (Decorative Stages).
- No Refund - order is cancelled after 24 Hours BUT Order is in final stages of production (Decorative Stages).
