The Custom Nature of Our Work
At Competition Suit Shop, every suit is a one-of-a-kind creation, precision-tailored to your unique measurements and aesthetic preferences. Because these garments are handcrafted specifically for you and cannot be resold, we maintain a strict No-Refund Policy once an order has entered production.
Our Exclusive "Fair Refund" Commitment
We are one of the only companies in the industry to offer a Fair Refund Policy. While all sales are technically final, we act with integrity when circumstances change. We may issue refunds or store credits under the following specific conditions:
Availability: If the ordered product or specific materials are unavailable.
Capacity: If we determine there is insufficient time to create and deliver a high-quality product before your show date.
Pre-Production Cancellation: If the order is cancelled before it has been processed by our production team.
Note on Non-Communication: If a suit cannot be produced due to a lack of measurements or response from the client, the order is subject to our Communication & Non-Response Policy. In these instances, no cash refunds will be issued; any approved resolution will be provided as Competition Suit Shop Store Credit only.
Refund Eligibility Guidelines
The following percentages serve as a general guideline for approved refund requests. All cash refunds are subject to a minimum 10% administrative and transaction fee to cover non-refundable third-party processing costs.

Special promotions and bundle deals are strictly Final Sale. If a "Goodwill Exception" is granted by our support team, the customer shall bear the 10% transaction fee plus all production, material, and delivery costs incurred up to that date.
How to Initiate a Request
To request a review of your order, please contact our customer service team at info@competitionsuitshop.com. If an exception is approved, funds will be returned to the original payment method (Credit Card or PayPal) or issued as store credit, as determined during the review process.
