My show got cancelled/postponed due to Covid. What can I do?
Don't worry, we got you! We completely understand that situations can rapidly change, and that you may not be confident to place your order due to uncertain circumstances.
We guarantee a full refund if your shows get cancelled, provided that we have not started working on your order. Do keep in mind that we can only work on your order when you send us your order form (measurement details).
This means that the process is completely in your hands in regards to when you want us to start working on your order. You will have complete control over the situation in terms of production timeline, your order will be held until we get your size information. We will also work to deliver it at your requested dates.
