It is important to have a checklist for your bikini competition so you are not forgetting anything on show day. It’s best to be prepared in advance than getting things done last minute and not being able to focus on your bikini competitions. This Bikini Competition Checklist is perfect for NPC, IFBB, OCB and all other Bikini federations.
First things first, Making Appointments!!
Make your appointments in advance, ladies! You do not want to risk leaving things to the last minute. Make sure you have contact details/info for all your appointments.
I’ve put together a list of things that I think you may find are essential for Bikini Competitors on show day. Make sure your suitcase is packed the night before.

Pee cups: This is important, you don't want any splash marks. Any liquid splash can leave marks on your spray tan. There are a lot of brands selling these and the price range is between 10 USD - 18 USD

| 14 | Tampons are a must have. You never know when you might need them. It’s always better to be safe. | |

| 16 | Stand up/ Full Length mirror to see how awesome you look in your competition suit, accessories, makeup, tan and your physique. | |
| 17 | Bed sheets, pillowcase and blanket in case you are staying over at a hotel so you are not ruining their sheets. Hotels may charge you if their sheets are ruined. | |
| 18 | Sewing kit for any mishaps | |
| 19 | Phone and charger to capture the experience. | |
| 20 | Essential oils and gloves. | |
| 21 | Hair brush / comb including your hair ties, hair pins | |
| 22 | Towels, bring them even if you are staying at a hotel. You don’t want to use theirs because your tan can get on it and the hotel will charge you for ruining it. | |
| 23 | A laundry bag to put all your dirty clothes in it. | |
| 24 | Hair Spray and Dry shampoo. You will not be able to shower after you get your tan on. | |
| 25 | This may sound like a weird one but trust me, it’s a pro tip, get some Vaseline to apply on your teeth so you are smiling on stage. | |
| 26 | Spray Deodorant: You can’t use regular antiperspirant with a tan because your armpits will turn green. But you will smell so bring some deodorant to use before you head out for dinner celebrations. | |
